Q&A
  • 01

How fast can you actually come?

Most jobs in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx, we can be there same day if you call before 2pm. Staten Island is usually next-day. After-hours and weekends are no problem — we have crews running until 8pm Monday through Saturday and 6pm Sunday.

    How does pricing work?

Flat rate by the truckload. Quarter truck, half truck, or full truck — three sizes, three prices. We confirm the final number after seeing your photos. The price covers labor, loading, transport, and dump fees. No fuel surcharge, no minimum trip charge.

  • 03

    What do you not take?

Hazardous chemicals, asbestos, live animals, anything illegal, and wet paint (let it dry first — once it's solid, we'll take it). Concrete, dirt, and brick we'll take but price separately by weight. If you're not sure, send a photo and we'll tell you.

  • 04

Do I need to be there?

Not if everything is outside or accessible — leave it on the curb or in the alley with a note and we'll send you a photo of the site cleared. For inside jobs, someone over 18 needs to be there to point at what stays and what goes.

  • 05

    How do I pay?

Cash, card (tap or insert), or Zelle on-site. For commercial cleanouts and property managers, we invoice net-30. We send a digital receipt by text the same day.

  • 06

    Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. NYC-licensed and carrying general liability + workers' comp. We can send a Certificate of Insurance to your building or property manager before the job.

  • 07

Where does the junk actually go?

We sort. Metal goes to scrap. Electronics go to a certified e-waste recycler. Reusable furniture goes to local donation partners (Housing Works, Habitat ReStore, Materials for the Arts depending on what you have). What's left goes to a transfer station. About 62% of what we pick up doesn't end up in a landfill.

Can you fit a truck on my street?

Almost always. Our trucks are sized for narrow Brooklyn brownstone streets and Manhattan double-parking. Worst case we use the box truck instead of the dump truck. Tell us the situation when you book and we'll plan around it.
