JunkOffload
About

A small NYC crew. Three rules.

We started JunkOffload because every junk removal experience we'd had as renters and homeowners involved at least one surprise fee, one no-show, or one scratched wall. We thought we could do better.

The rules

Three things we will not break.

  1. 01

Arrive in the window we promised.

We give you a two-hour window. If we're going to miss it — traffic, an earlier job running long — we call you before the window closes, not after. Most of the time, we're early.

  2. 02

    Charge exactly what we quoted.

We'll tell you the number after we see your photos. We don't add a fuel surcharge, a stair fee we didn't mention, or a tax we forgot. If we get there and you have less, we charge less. If you have more, we tell you first.

  3. 03

Treat the home like it's our own.

Drop cloths on hardwood. Sliders on stairs. Door jambs are not punching bags. We've all rented the place under the place we're working in. We know how thin those walls are.

The crew

Small on purpose.

We're a two-truck operation, and we're going to stay close to that. That's the size where the owner answers the phone, where the same crew shows up to your place that quoted it, where the customer experience doesn't get sanded down by a dispatch system.

If you call us and a real person doesn't answer, leave a message — you'll hear back inside an hour during business hours. The text-back number is the same as the call number. WhatsApp lands on the same phone too.
